HI! :) So, this is my first Blog... How Exciting!!!

I don't really know what to write, I am now 28 years of age, I live in the East East SF Bay Area... again, how exciting!

Ok, so I am on a quest as of right now. My quest is for organization, good health, taking care of myself (physically and mentally), enjoying my time on this beautiful planet... and doing my part - no doing more than my part - to help people and places around the planet who are not as lucky as I am to have freedom and safety that embodies my everyday life.

So, thats a lot of stuff to work towards, but I am capable. (This is me telling myself that... :) )

I also want to figure out this whole Blogging thing and work on the design of my blog, myspace and facebook - which should really represent me as a person. So here it goes.

I will start right now, I am sitting here watching The Biggest Loser on TV and I realize that there is nothing standing between me and my goals... what appears to be holding me back from my goals is just me, holding myself back.

(I promise that I am trying to make these Blog's more exciting, well, ok, I don't promise I will, I promise I will TRY...)

OK, So this ends my first Blog... and so off I go... I will start now thinking about something to write that is more interesting for next Blog. :)
